Coastal Trade Center Bldgs 3, 4 & 5 – Rincon, GA

The Coastal Trade Center project involved the construction of three large buildings within the same industrial park in Rincon, GA. Eldridge Concrete was responsible for the foundations, slab-on-grade, dock leveler pits, tilt panels, and heavy-duty paving across all three buildings.

• Building 3: 1,215,000 square feet of slab-on-grade, 245,000 square feet of tilt panels, and 696,000 square feet of heavy-duty paving.

• Building 4: 641,000 square feet of slab-on-grade, 167,000 square feet of tilt panels, and 425,000 square feet of heavy-duty paving.

• Building 5: 474,000 square feet of slab-on-grade, 141,000 square feet of tilt panels, and 332,000 square feet of heavy-duty paving.

This expansive project required a high level of coordination, with Eldridge providing turnkey concrete solutions across the foundations, pits, paving, and tilt panel installations, ensuring both efficiency and precision throughout the construction process.
